Milton Keynes Central train station is just three miles away, with direct links to London and Birmingham taking just under an hour. Milton Keynes Bus Station is around seven miles away from the development, while closer bus stops are under 10 minutes away on foot.  

Milton Keynes benefits from a well-connected road network, with the development having easy access to major A and M roads; the H3 Monks Way Junction is just under two miles away and takes commuters to Hinckley, Luton, and London. Junction 14 of the M1 is just under seven miles away, with easy access to the north and south.  

Luton Airport is a 40-minute drive away, with Greenleys Gardens 60 and 65 miles from East Midlands Airport and Birmingham Airport respectively.

Milton Keynes city centre is a 10-minute drive away from the development and has a host of popular stores, with the main section for shopping being The Centre, an impressive shopping area which benefits from a number of popular retailers. Wolverton, which is just over two miles away, has a host of convenience and independent stores. Greenleys Gardens has easy access to London’s many shopping options, and the charming nearby market town of Stony Stratford has an array of boutique shops, just under two miles away from the development.
