Deco 35 is located on Waddon Way, next to Purley Way playing fields and only six minutes by car from Croydon town centre. Major roads easily accessible from the development include the A23 and A232 for travel to hubs such as Reigate, Crawley, Horsham and Gatwick. For motorways, there is the M23 and M25, for travel to London and Brighton.

Some of these are within walking distance of the development, including Aerodrome Primary Academy (for younger students) and Harris Academy Purley (for older pupils).

Waddon train station is less than a mile away from Deco 35 and offers regular services to Epsom (within around 20 minutes), Epsom Downs (journey time around 23 minutes), Sutton (within around 10 minutes), London Victoria (approximately 35 minutes) and London Bridge (journey time under 25 minutes).
