Basildon, Pitsea, and Laindon train stations are all under three miles from the development with regular services running to Southend, West Ham, Limehouse, and London Fenchurch Street – the fastest service from Basildon to London Fenchurch Street is 32 minutes.
The A13 is a minute’s drive from the development, reaching the A127 in seven minutes or through to Canary Wharf in under 40 minutes.
London Southend Airport – the UK’s fastest-growing regional airport – is a 21-minute drive away serving over 50 European destinations. London City Airport, London Stansted Airport, and Gatwick Airport are also under an hour’s drive away.
The development is served by a few well-known supermarkets within a 10-minute drive for day-to-day essentials, while Basildon offers a more comprehensive shopping experience. The Eastgate Shopping Centre in Basildon is a seven-minute drive away providing a range of clothing, beauty, and hobby shops, a cinema, and well-known chain restaurants.
Lakeside Shopping Centre is 17 minutes’ away in the car and offers high-end brands, excellent family leisure activities, and waterfront dining in several popular eateries.
There are two grill restaurants within a seven-minute walk, plus a Spanish restaurant a mile south. Basildon is served by several independent restaurants, bars, and cafés, with food including Caribbean, Turkish, and Mexican.
