Two well-known supermarkets are found within one mile of the development, providing convenient options for residents. Additionally, Garrion Bridges Garden Centre, seven minutes away via car, is occupied by various unique stores covering sectors like fashion, jewellery, antiques and gardening.

Appetites will be easily satisfied by the abundance of tempting restaurants and pubs that are just one mile from the site, with British, Italian and Asian dishes among the options. Cosy cafés are also close by, accessible within a five-minute drive westwards.

Eastview’s proximity to transport links adds to its appeal. Wishaw train station, two-and-a-half miles away, offers services to Glasgow Central station in 30 minutes; from here, travellers can access UK-wide connections. Direct trains to Edinburgh Waverley are also available.
