Thame is an award-winning market town with a rich history, visible in its eclectic architecture. The tight-knit town community boasts a busy social calendar, including market weekends, food festivals, a carnival, a comedy festival, and even an annual duck race. This cultural hotspot boasts stunning parks, a bustling high street, plus a museum, theatre, and cinema.
The surrounding Oxfordshire countryside is ideal for outdoor leisure, with an abundance of nearby hiking and cycling trails to keep fit. The local landscape is littered with interesting sights, including Long Crendon Courthouse and Boarstall Tower – just two of several nearby National Trust sites, a 16- and 17-minute drive away, respectively.
