Residents of The Atrium are just a short five-minute drive away from Braywick Leisure Centre. Set on the edge of Braywick nature reserve, the centre boasts a well-equipped gym, classes and swimming pool – as well as a theatre, escape room and health suite. Maidenhead Rowing Club is just under three miles away, with both recreational and competitive teams. Boulters Lock, known locally as one of the prettiest places on the Middle Thames, is a 10-minute drive away and features a peaceful walking path alongside the river. Windsor Castle is just a 20-minute drive away.

For days out, Liquid Leisure water park is around 12 miles away. As the largest beach resort in Berkshire, it hosts a range of water sports and obstacle courses. Cliveden House, one of the National Trust’s most prized homes, is six-and-a-half miles away and offers visitors 80 acres of luscious gardens and 300 acres of serene woodland.

Central London is around 30 miles away, with the city boasting museums, art galleries and many other leisure activities.

The development has easy access to the M4, which takes commuters into London in around an hour and to Reading in just 30 minutes, and to Slough in just 20 minutes. Residents can arrive at Canary Wharf in 53 minutes when taking the Elizabeth Line (Crossrail) from Maidenhead railway station.

For national and global travel, Heathrow Airport is around 14 miles away, with connections to Paris, Milan, Porto, and New York, among others.
