Lovers of the coast have their pick of three charming beaches – Cooden, Bexhill, and Glyne Gap – all located under five miles from the development with Cooden Beach just minutes away on foot.

Egerton Park, found just over two miles from the site, provides something for everyone, from leisurely walks and tennis courts to a playground. It is neighboured by The Polegrove, a recreation park hosting football, cricket, and outdoor bowls, as well as an annual classic car show.

Within a five-minute walk is Cooden Beach train station, offering connections to Eastbourne in under 20 minutes and Hastings in 16 minutes. A drive eastwards of under ten minutes provides access to even more highly rated eateries and coffeehouses, some of which offer a beautiful ocean view.
