Willowbrook Village is nestled in a wealth of green open space, ideal for outdoor leisure and walks in the local landscape. A planned country park will transform 40 hectares of land on one side of the development, bringing nature walks to the doorstep of residents.

Iwade offers plenty for the local community, with the village hall hosting regular food events and fairs half a mile away. These homes are also walking distance from a barber, a pharmacy and supermarket, and The Woolpack – a local favourite public house and restaurant.

For motorists, the A249 is on hand and a useful connector road for the community, with the key roads nearby being the M2 and M20. The Stockbury Roundabout, junction 5 of the M2, is a six-minute drive away.

London’s choice of airports covers most destinations and connections across the globe, and Gatwick ranks second for size – an hour’s drive away from the development.

Iwade covers the basics for everyday needs, with a supermarket, pharmacy, and other essentials within walking distance.
