Irvine also presents a decent mix of restaurants, coffee shops, bars and bistros, including popular chains and local independents.

Irvine is also renowned for its beautiful coastline, the town overlooks the Firth of Clyde and Irvine Bay – the latter of which is a 14 mile long strip boasting sandy beaches and stunning views across to islands such as the Isle of Arran and Ailsa Craig.
Slightly further afield, Glasgow city centre can be reached within around 45 minutes by car and provides an eclectic mix of museums, galleries and theatres, as well as an excellent range of restaurants and shops.
Montgomerie Park is located four miles from Irvine train station. From here, regular connections to Ayr, Glasgow Central, and Glasgow Prestwick Airport are available. By road, Glasgow Prestwick Airport is just over 10 miles away, via the A78, while Glasgow Airport is just over 30 minutes’ drive via the A737.
Major roads within easy reach of the development include the A737, A78, A71, A77 and A79, and these routes provide easy travel around Ayrshire and towards Glasgow.
