Slough Ice Arena, a three-minute walk away, is the perfect place to keep fit, with a sizeable ice rink, a well-equipped gym, and modern climbing wall.

Surrounded by some of England’s most picturesque towns, Slough is just a seven-minute drive away from The Royal Windsor Racecourse. It hosts a superb social calendar, with regular races and exciting events. Soak up the rich history and splendour of Windsor Castle just four miles away, a landmark inhabited by past British Monarchs. Neighbouring Windsor, Dorney Lake is a well-loved base for recreational water sports.

Stoke Park, an exemplar of Georgian design and a popular choice for film sets, is just a 10-minute drive away, with the park hosting the annual Boodles Tennis Championships.

Secondary school options include Slough and Eton COE college just a three-minute drive away, The Westgate School a mile-and-a-half away, and Edens Girls’ School just a four-minute drive away.

Local colleges and sixth form facilities include Langley College an 11-minute drive away, Herschel Grammar School Sixth Form, and The Westgate School Sixth Form, both of which are a five-minute drive away.

Those interested in higher education have a selection of some of the top-ranked universities in the world nearby. The University of Reading is a 27-minute drive away, and The University of Oxford takes just under an hour when driving. London has a vast selection of reputable universities, notably Kings College London, which is 25 miles away.
