Just a 10-minute walk from the development leads to The Meads Shopping Centre, which has a diverse range of retail outlets, independent traders, and high-street shops for residents of Sky Plaza to browse.
The development is also ideally situated for those who enjoy dining out, with a whole host of options available. Within just a 10-minute walk of the development, residents of Sky Plaza will discover Nepalese, Italian, and Bengali restaurants, and many other eateries.
Farnborough station is around a 15-minute walk from the development, and offers direct trains into London Waterloo, which is roughly a 35-minute trip. Trains to Basingstoke are also available, and are only 20-minute journeys.
A little further afield, around a five-minute car journey, is Farnborough North train station, which provides direct trains to Reading, at around a half-hour trip.
Sky Plaza also has excellent road links, with junction 4 of the M3 only a five-minute drive from the development. Reading is within driving distance for those looking to commute, with just a 40-minute drive, and central London can be reached in just over an hour and 20 minutes’ drive.
There are several highly regarded schools in the vicinity of Sky Plaza, with the closest, Tower Hill Primary School, around five minutes’ drive from the development. In addition, a 15-minute walk from Sky Plaza leads to St Patricks Catholic Primary School, and roughly two miles away from the development is South Farnborough Junior School.
For older students, less than 10 minutes’ walk away from the development leads to Farnborough College of Technology.
