New residents at Bellway’s Winchburgh development all agree that the relatively unknown village was the key contributor to their moves.

Over the last few months, I began to feel that my existing garden was getting too big to manage and it was maybe time to consider a move but didn’t for a minute think that Winchburgh would be in my price range.
“When I saw the apartments were available, I started to think that it might be doable and within a few months I was downsizing and had moved in. I’m in a lovely ground floor apartment and my grandchildren are regular visitors which is great. I’m very happy here.”
