University institutions can be found in Bolton, Wigan, Ormskirk, Preston, Salford, Manchester, and more, all within a commutable distance via the car or public transport.
Euxton Heights is within a minute’s walk of the East Terrace bus stop, which offers regular shuttles to Chorley Town Centre for easy travel when shopping and dining without the car.
Buckshaw Parkway train station is also nearby, just 10 minutes’ walk away – Northern rail services offer travellers routes to Blackpool North and Manchester Airport, the latter taking just over an hour.
Motorists are less than two miles from access to the M6 and M61. The former offers a handy route to Preston, locally, while the road runs from Birmingham right up to the Scottish border. The latter provides a direct route to the Manchester Outer Ring Road.
Manchester Airport is a 50-minute drive away, offering destinations and connections worldwide.
Buckshaw Village is a 10-minute walk away from the development, and offers a choice of popular supermarkets, a local pub, and several other retailers and eateries – handy for everyday essentials.
Wider shopping is accessible in Chorley and Leyland town centres, both providing a wealth of high-street favourite name brands and independent retailers.
