A little over a mile-and-a-half away from the development is Bermuda Park train station, which enables travel northbound into the centre of Nuneaton in under 15 minutes and southbound to Coventry in less than 20 minutes.
Those who prefer to travel by car can take advantage of the Yew Tree Park’s close connections to major M roads, with both the M69 and the M6 little more than four miles away from the development. These roadlinks give residents direct access to Nuneaton town centre in less than six minutes, while Leicester and Birmingham are only a 30-minute drive.
For families, there are several highly regarded schools within driving distance, including Whitestone Infant School, Chetwynd Junior School, and All Saints C of E Primary School and Nursery. The George Eliot Academy, which caters for children aged between 11 and 16, and is only a little over a 15-minute walk away from Yew Tree Park.
Higher education is available to residents of Yew Tree Park, as both Coventry and Leicester are only a 20-minute and 40-minute drive, respectively – enabling students to travel to Coventry University, De Montfort University, and the University of Leicester.
