Harvino is nestled in the charming countryside south-west of Birmingham, benefitting from rural routes for outdoor exercise, plus easy access to local amenities in Romsley and Halesowen.

Family fun can be had at Romsley Playpark, just one mile away, the green space also boasting a skatepark. Clent Hills, on the outskirts of Romsley, is an eight-minute drive away, the National Trust attraction perfect for nature walks and breathtaking views.

The nearby town of Halesowen – a nine-minute cycle away – presents ample fitness opportunities, including a well-equipped leisure centre and pool, a golf course, a skatepark, and public basketball courts.

Central Birmingham is 25 minutes away by car and offers excellent culture, including several museums celebrating the history of industry in the area, plus a range of historic and listed architecture.

St Kenelm’s C of E primary school is a three-minute drive away – tucked in the rural outskirts of Romsley – while Manor Way Primary Academy and Our Lady and St Kenelm RC Primary School are a five-minute drive away, just two of a handful of primary schools in Halesowen.

For those of secondary school age, the well-regarded and popular Haybridge High School is a 12-minute drive away and served by a dedicated school bus, while the development is two miles from from Windsor High School and Sixth Form, and The Earl’s High School is a six-minute drive away.

Those looking to pursue higher education have Halesowen College a 44-minute walk away, while Birmingham is host to a number of prestigious universities, including the Russell Group University of Birmingham.

These new homes near Romsley benefit from superb transport links, providing easy access to the surrounding towns and villages, as well as central Birmingham. Blue Bird Park bus stop is a minute's walk from the site and offers regular routes to Halesowen and Bromsgrove. London is accessible in under an hour and a half from Birmingham by train. Birmingham airport is a 33-minute drive away and is one of the largest airports in the country, with plans and investment underway to expand and modernise facilities over the coming years.

The village of Romsley lies a mile away from the development and offers several independent boutiques, a local bakery, and pubs serving hearty food. The market town of Halesowen is a four-minute drive north, providing a more comprehensive shopping and dining experience. Everyday essentials can be purchased from a selection of well-known supermarket brands, and high-street labels are available in abundance in the Cornbow Shopping Centre.
