Situated in a semi-rural location, Hartwell Park is close to picturesque countryside, allowing plenty of opportunities for outdoor pursuits. The rural village of Hart is just over half a mile away from the development and forms part of the popular Hart to Haswell route – excellent for walkers and cyclists.

For football fans, Victoria Park is home to Hartlepool United FC and is just three miles away from the development. Golf enthusiasts will be pleased to note that there are two golf courses each within two miles of the development - High Throston Golf Club and Hartlepool Golf Club - the latter of which boasts sea views.
A trip to the seaside can also be enjoyed at nearby Seaton Carew, around twelve minutes’ drive from home. This traditional, seaside town features a stunning beach, a golf club, a mini golf course for children, arcade games and fish and chip restaurants.
