A 10-minute drive takes residents to central Worthing, a large seaside town benefitting from picturesque beaches, a pier, pavilion, and a host of fantastic activities including a bowling alley, cinema, leisure centre, and theatre. On the outskirts of Worthing lies Arundel Castle and Worthing golf club, with these spectacular attractions taking under 15 minutes by car. For breath taking scenery and family activities, South Downs National Park is 26 miles away.  

The colourful streets of Brighton are just 15 miles away, with the area boasting the popular Brighton Palace Pier, The Lanes shopping and dining quarter, and beautiful beach scenery. 

Those with children benefit from being close to several schools popular among parents. There’s a host of primary options, including West Park C of E Primary School a six-minute walk away, St Mary’s Catholic Primary School just under two miles away, and Orchards Junior School a four-minute drive away. 

There is a wide selection of secondary school choices, including St Oscar Romero Catholic School and Worthing High School around a five-minute drive away. Durrington High School is just under a mile and a half away.  

Nearby further education institution Northbrook College is two and a half miles away.  

Surrounding universities include the prestigious University of Brighton just a half-hour drive away, and the popular University of Portsmouth, which takes an hour by car. 

Residents benefit from a fantastic nearby transport system. Durrington-on-Sea railway station is just a five-minute walk away, with local stops and regular journeys to Southampton and London, both of which can be reached in an hour and a half.  

Leisure centre bus stop is a short three-minute walk away, with links to Arundel, Durrington, Lancing, and Shoreham-by-Sea.

For international travel, Gatwick Airport is 35 miles away. Closer to the development, Brighton City Airport is just over 20 minutes’ drive away.
