Spindrift Park is in Pagham, part of the Arun district of West Sussex. Set close to the coast, the development is just a 9-minute drive to Bognor Regis via the B2166. The development’s proximity to the A27 also means that access to Brighton, Chichester, and Portsmouth is easy.

Nearby, Bognor Regis features the Alexandra Theatre, while Chichester is home to 10-pin bowling, a multi-screen cinema, the Chichester Festival Theatre, and the historic Chichester Cathedral.
There’s plenty of shopping and dining options in Pagham and the surrounding area, including local businesses, well-loved restaurants, and more.
Dining options within five miles of the development include traditional English cuisine at Ye Olde Malthouse, as well as Asian and Europe-inspired eateries. Thai and Chinese cuisine is available at Lemon Grass and Bracklesham Bay respectively, while Cliffords Cottage is a premier destination for French dishes. Nearby Chichester and Bognor Regis house other independent restaurants, along with well-known chains.
For shopping, Pagham is home to a plethora of independent businesses, as well as convenience stores and well-known chains. The village has its own embroidery, furniture, and clothing stores, along with outlets for bridal parties, coffee connoisseurs, and hairdressing.
Despite its rural surroundings, Pagham still benefits from good transport links to the local area. The B2166 leads to Bognor Regis and journey times are around 15 minutes on average, while the A27 connects the village to Chichester, Brighton, and Portsmouth.
The nearest train station to the development is Bognor Regis. The station is just over three miles from Spindrift Park, easily reachable under 10 minutes.
Pagham is home to an infant and junior school, both of which are well-regarded by parents in the local area. Rose Green Infant School caters to children aged between 5 and 7, while Rose Green Junior School looks after those between 7 and 11. The two schools have been linked in the past, but now stand as independent education providers.
Secondary education is available in nearby Bognor Regis, with The Regis School and Felpham Community College the standout performers. For higher education, two universities are within an hour of the development. The University of Chichester is found in nearby Bognor Regis, while the University of Sussex is a little further away in Brighton.
