The Ham Manor Golf Club is just a seven-minute drive away from the homes, with a historic Grade II listed clubhouse and 18 holes across a breath-taking course. For relaxing walks, residents have a variety of scenic routes to choose from. Highdown Hill – reaching 81 metres high and boasting wonderful views – is a short eight-minute drive away; the National Trust site Cissbury Ring is around seven miles away; and the rolling countryside of South Downs National Park is just a 20-minute drive away. The seaside town of Worthing is just a 15-minute drive away, with the area featuring a bowling alley, Splashpoint and Worthing Leisure Centre, a football club, an ice rink, and a cinema.  

For a fun-filled family day out, the ever-popular Arundel Castle is just under 15 minutes away when driving, with the local attraction benefitting from a magnificent 11th-century castle, beautiful flower-filled gardens, and exciting events for all ages. 

The upcoming homes are situated around 20 miles away from Brighton, with the area boasting picturesque streets, Brighton Palace Pier, and its wonderful award-winning beaches.

The station has links to Brighton, Portsmouth – both of which can be reached in under 45 minutes – and London, which takes around 90 minutes.  

Those who drive have easy access to major roads, with the A27 just over two miles away, and the A24 around 15 minutes away by car. 

For international travel, Brighton City airport is just 26 minutes’ drive away, and Gatwick Airport is around 25 miles away.   

Langmead Place is ideally located close to a variety of retail options, including Worthing town centre. The bustling town boasts several streets of well-known retail stores, several of which are set among quaint buildings, as well as The Royal Arcade Shopping Mall – which stretches over two floors and features several independent businesses. For day-to-day necessities, the homes are around 10 minutes’ drive away from large grocery stores.   

The neighbouring seaside town of Littlehampton is a favourable location for dining out, with Portuguese, Indian, seafood, and Italian options. For restaurants closer to the homes, Worthing has a fantastic selection of Mediterranean, Thai, American, and British eateries.  

A little further out, the vibrant Brighton Lanes have a host of fantastic shopping and dining opportunities, with the area being one of the most sought-after hotspots within Brighton.
